If you have been to us before, you will know our service style well. It is important to us that you still receive the same feeling whilst knowing that your safety has been prioritised.
We would like to emphasize are standard of food and style of menus has not changed. We have not reduced the amount of choice available. We still are, and always we be delivering some of the finest food in the county.
Advance Bookings are still advisable, but we will still be taking ‘walk in’ tables as and when we are able to. For ‘walk in’ tables, contact details for track and trace will be taken on arrival, and will be mandatory.
For the foreseeable future, we ask that all dietary requirements (including allergies) are informed in advance so we can provide choice/ dishes that meet expectation.
UPON ARRIVAL (table bookings)
We are asking all guests to arrive promptly at the time of their booking. Reservation times have been laid out to ensure minimal congestion in and out of the building. Hand sanitisers are provided, and we ask our guests to sanitise their hands before entering the premises.
We have installed locks on the first door of the bathrooms, as opposed to locks only on the individual cubicles. This provides our guests sole use of the bathrooms, preventing congregation in a small area and allowing our guests to maintain the physical distance
Please provide, if possible, an estimated time of arrival so we can be ready to welcome you.
All rooms are sanitised before and after stays, but high-risk items unfortunately will no longer be in the room as standard, but available on request.
We ask that you show physical distancing in our corridors where possible.
Breakfast will be served as usual in our main restaurant, but if you could provide a time that would be helpful.
