Room cancellation policy
We take valid credit card details to secure room bookings.
Sunday – Friday
If the booking/s are cancelled within 48 hours of arrival, full payment will be taken for all rooms affected. If the booking is for more than 1 night, the first night will be charged for.
Saturdays
We require 7 days’ notice of any change, part cancellation or full cancellation. If 7 days’ notice is not given, we will take full payment for all rooms for 1 or 2 nights depending on the length of your stay.

Please note: The Lake Isle will endeavour to waiver any charges if we can re-sell the room/s.

Weddings and Block Room Bookings
We are a small restaurant with rooms, and because of this we do not block book rooms. From experience we find that guests arriving at 1am or 2am in the morning after a wedding is not compatible with our regular Dinner bed & breakfast guests who come for a peaceful time away.
Restaurant
For your comfort please avoid arriving early. Your booking time is your arrival time. We take your arrival time to allow time for you to have a drink and peruse the menu. We do not have a large bar/lounge area and at busy times you may be asked to go straight to your table.
Please notify us of any changes to your booking in advance i.e. change in numbers. Our restaurant is only small, so the smallest of changes can make a difference to us.
Our private dining room upstairs can accommodate 9-16 people. We have a snug area adjacent to the private dining room that can accommodate 5-8 people.
Children – we kindly ask that if you have children (under 11) within your party you dine with us as early as possible (6.45pm) and have vacated the restaurant by 8pm.
If you have any dietary requirements, allergies or special requests please call us to discuss in advance. If we are only notified at the time, we may be limited to what we can do for you.
A 10% gratuity is added to the final bill for all parties of 10 people or more.
Restaurant reservation cancellations must be confirmed by an email.
Special Events
We take non-refundable deposits for the following in the restaurant;
Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, Mother’s Day and Valentines Night.
Dress Code:
Smart casual, you will be turned away if you turn up bare footed!
