  • Smoked Salmon, kohlrabi, fennel, apple, rye bread, horseradish buttermilk whip, dill vodka
  • Rich Duck and Goose parfait, pear, orange, Armagnac jelly, duck fat bread
  • Crispy panko Scallops, sweetcorn, spring onions, pickled chillis,  Singaporean beef floss
  • Sesame and saffron hummus, confit cumin carrots, roquette, pistachio, green harissa halloumi fritters

  • Cassis’n’anise Royale sorbet

  • Roast fillet of Beef, parsnip and Gruyere gratin, leeks, shallots, truffled mushroom puree
  • Charred monkfish, crab arancini,  stem broccoli, lemon braised fennel , sauce vierge
  • Smoked bacon wrapped ballontine of Pheasant, salt baked celeriac, blackberries, chestnuts and sloe gin
  • Pithivier of port braised Portobello mushroom, spinach and white stilton, caramelised shallot mash, winter roots,  peppered veggie gravy
