  • Blue Stilton brulee, walnut bread, pickled walnuts, apple and watercress, port syrup

  • Whipped chicken liver parfait, bacon and brie bread, wild mushroom pickle

  • Smoked mackerel fishcakes, beetroot, apple, watercress and horseradish

  • Traditional Roast Rib Eye of Local Beef with Yorkshire Pudding & Red Wine Gravy

  • Char grilled rump of lamb, fresh mint hollandaise, game chips, rosemary and red wine jus

  • Steamed loin of cod, peas, pearls onions, smoked bacon and wild mushrooms, herb veloute

  • Cornish Yarg cheese , potato and pine nut pithivier, spring vegetables, salted egg yolk, sorrel pesto, saffron cream

  • Lentil and caramelised shallot cutlet, cheddar fondue, piccalilli, seared little gem

  • All served with dishes of seasonal vegetables and roasted potatoes for the table
